Idag är det damlaget som skall få premiärspela på den gamla VM arenan då Ljusne kommer på besök.
Segern mot Edsbyn förra veckan gav mersmak och en minst sagt lyckad debut i rödvästarna av amerikanska nyförvärvet Lana Spitler.
Vi har passat på att ställa några frågor till Lana inför dagens match:
1. How has your first week i Sandviken been?
-It has been good. It is small so it makes it easy for me to get around. I have enjoyed getting to explore the area a little and am excited to continue to do so.
2. What do you think about the level of soccer in the team and the biggest diffrences to what you are use to?
- I think the level of soccer is good. The team all works very hard. It is a young team and there are a bunch of good players on it. The biggest difference is it is a little slower of a game. The tempo of the game is slower than I am used to.
3. What is your feeling for the game today an your first home game?
- I am excited today to play at home for the first time. I am excited to have the town around to cheer us on. The team has worked hard this week and are looking to get another win.
